To cancel your order you must phone us, and if a person does not answer our office phone (800) 595-0660, please leave a message AND email us at sales@butterfliesforrelease.com.

Cold Weather Returns

You can cancel your order anytime before it's actually shipped if the weather is to cold for a butterfly release. 60 degrees is the minimum temperature for a butterfly release. YOU MUST CONTACT US BY PHONE before we ship to cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can not cancel the order or give a refund.

7 or More days before shipment date

100% refund for orders canceled at least 7 days before shipping.

6 days to 3 days before shipment date

Orders canceled 6 to 3 days before your shipment date receive a 60% refund on butterflies, and a 100% refund on shipping & non butterfly products..

2 or less days before shipment date

Orders canceled 2 or less days before your release date do not receive a refund on butterflies but will receive a 100% refund on shipping and non butterfly products.

After Shipment

After your order has been shipped, returns are no longer accepted. However, you are still covered by our "Arrive Alive" guarantee.
